Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Guillermo began playing guitar at the age of twelve, switched to bass two years later and joined his first band - The Missiles - at fifteen. During the 70's and 80's he played in many bands as well as recording sessions both in his native Venezuela and in New York City. Since moving to Connecticut in 1990, he has played bass with The Stranded, The Holden Truelove Band, The Pawnbrokers, BackFlash, and - his current gig - the Kimberly Bon Band.
